If you fail to arrive for your appointment without cancelling it at least 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.
We may also ask for an addional 50% non-refundable deposit on rebooking for repeat non-arrival clients or repeat cancellation clients.
An additional charge may apply for long, thick, or more technical colour services. Prices will be discussed during consultation where possible.
A patch test must be carried out in salon at least 48 hours prior to any colour service for all new colour clients or where required by salon policy. This includes clients who have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months.
Children's appointments on Saturdays will be charged at the full adult price.
Any issues or concerns regarding colour services must be reported to the salon within 10 working days of the appointment
